
Washington University in St. Louis’ Department of Medicine recently shared an article highlighting a clinical trial involving three popular diets: Keto, Mediterranean, and Plant-forward; and, though all have health benefits, a low-carb ketogenic diet was found to have significantly greater results for improved blood sugar control and liver health.
